There is no registration form on this website. Registration is handled in the same Oxford Abstracts account you used to submit. If you are attending without presenting, you create an account there and register directly.

Conference fees 2027
The registration fees will be announced here as soon as they are settled.
They will be in line with those of comparable conferences in the field.

Payment
Payment is by credit card in the portal. Most participants pay with their own card and claim the amount back from their institution afterwards.
Your registration is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms will be published here together with the fees.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat.
